Vintage Chairworks Recliner and ottoman.  Mint condition!!!! Chair just swivels does not recline.  Seating area has Velcro. Easy to clean underneath cushion.  One bolt on frame has broken off. Easy repair, factory holes are provided. I would do it. However need surgery on a finger soon.  Google chairworks on ebay etc.  This chair was 1000$ new.
