2022 Critics Choice Awards Winners

Congratulations to our members Linda Dowds and Stephanie Ingram on winning a Critics Choice Award in the Best Hair and Makeup category for The Eyes Of Tammy Faye!

Shelia Yakimov (Hair)

We are profoundly saddened to inform the Membership of the passing of Shelia Yakimov (Hair Member) on Monday, March 7, 2022. Shelia was a devoted member of the IATSE Local 873 for over 40 years.  She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Simeon, and her fur baby feline Peaches. Cremation has already taken place.  A service is not planned at this time. 

Donations can be made to the MS Society of Canada. If you would like a send a card to Shelia’s family, please send to Tracy at the Union Office and the card will be forwarded to Simeon.
