In Loving Memory of William James Harman (Bill)

May 22, 1939 - February 5, 2025

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of William James Harman, a loving husband to Barbara, an adoring father to Sophie (Blaine) and Louise (Tom), a proud grandfather to Gavin (Jessica), Claire (Denin), Cameron, and Emma (Hudson), and a great-grandfather to Layla.

Bill was known for his storytelling, often sharing tales of his adventures, including helping create the first R2D2 and building the Trojan Rabbit for a Monty Python film. After a long and exciting career in film, he enjoyed a peaceful retirement, spending time in his garden and indulging in his passion for crosswords.

"Thinking of you is easy, we will do it every day, missing you will be the heartache that never goes away."

Bill will be forever loved. Details of a Celebration of Life will be shared soon.
